The suitability of a particular therapeutic approach will be considered in relation to your individual circumstances, needs and preferences.
New Hope Counselling reserves the right to decline or discontinue offering services where this is considered clinically or professionally appropriate. Where possible, this will be discussed with you and appropriate signposting or alternative support will be considered.

The standard fee for a 60-minute counselling session is £60.
Two concessionary sessions per week are offered at £50 for eligible students and people on a low income, subject to availability. Please enquire about eligibility and availability before booking.
Payment arrangements will be confirmed before counselling begins. Payment for the first session is required in advance by bank transfer before the appointment can be confirmed, as outlined on the website.
Any subsequent payment arrangements will be agreed directly with you.
Fees and payment arrangements will be communicated clearly before you commit to ongoing sessions. Any changes to fees will be communicated in advance.
6. Appointments, cancellations and missed sessions
Appointments are arranged by mutual agreement. Regular weekly or bi-weekly appointments may be offered, subject to availability.
If you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, please provide notice in accordance with the cancellation arrangements agreed in your individual Counselling Agreement.

If New Hope Counselling needs to cancel or rearrange an appointment, you will be informed as soon as reasonably practicable and an alternative appointment will be offered where possible.
Sessions will normally finish at the agreed time, even if you arrive late, to respect other appointments and professional boundaries.
